Ingredients: Crushed Chilli, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Fenugreek, Chacha’s Special herbs and spices

Step 1: take 1kg meat, 4tbsp Chacha’s Biryani masala, 200g fried onion, 6tbsp cooking oil, 3tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 8tbsp plain yoghurt. Mix all ingredients with the meat. Step 2: boil 1kg soaked rice until half cooked with 3tbsp oil and salt to taste. Drain all water and add rice on top of the meat, sprinkle 4tbsp of ghee, saffron or colour (optional) and fried onions on top of the rice and seal the pot properly. Step 3: keep the pot on top of a tawa (flat pan) on full heat for 10 mins then on low heat for 40 mins. Best served hot.
