Chicken Pakora Mix

A blend of aromatic spices to create a dish perfect for & dinner party or as a snack to enjoy with family, a simple yet tasty dish that’s so quick & easy to make. It’s sure to impress.

Ingredients: Gram Flour, Plain Flour (Wheat & Gluten), Crushed Chilli, Chilli Powder, Chachas special herbs and spices, Salt, Breadcrumbs, Yellow colour.

Cooking Instructions: Dice & wash 200g of chicken breast & place in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of Chacha’s coating & 3-5 tbsp of water as required, mix well to create a smooth coating. Dip fry in hot oil (350oF/170oC) for 5-7 minutes until cooked. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
