Tandoori Masala Mix

A blend of aromatic spices to create a dish perfect for & dinner party or as a snack to enjoy with family, a simple yet tasty dish that’s so quick & easy to make. It’s sure to impress.

Ingredients: Tandoori Powder, Chacha’s special herbs and spices, Salt, Chilli Powder, Orange colour.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200oC or gas mark 6 (for fan ovens adjust according to manufacturer’s instructions). For 1Kg chicken you will need 200g of yoghurt, 3tbsp of oil and 3tbsp of Chacha’s Tandoori Chicken Masala Mix. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 mins. Then cook in a non-stick baking tray in the oven for 30-40 mins or until cooked.
