Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 200oC or gas mark 6 (for fan ovens adjust according to manufacturer’s instructions). For 1kg lamb you will need 3tbsp of yoghurt, 4tbsp of cooking oil, 3tbsp of Chacha’s Roast Lamb Masala Mix and 1 tbsp of water. Add lamb and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 mins or until cooked, turning occasionally.
